In the most recent newsletter, the article about pets on leashes stated, "Despite this (animal being in control without leash), it is never a good idea and in fact violates Arapahoe County leash laws." While this statement is true in regards to Arapahoe County, the laws in Unincorporated Arapahoe County (where we reside as CCF) are not as stringent.

 

Please review the proposed budget for the next fiscal year here.  Please keep in mind:

• This is a draft document for review and feedback and reflects a 5% increase in the dues effective October 1st.

• It also reflects an increase in the reserves contribution from $3 per home each month to $6 to help offset expected capital expenditures.

• The final budget will be reviewed, discussed and voted on at the September meeting and will become effective October 1st.

 

 

The playground in the middle of Emporia Circle is being closed for repairs. Work to replace the landscape timbers and add pea gravel to the playground will begin on Friday, August 27th. Apex Installations estimates that the work will take approximately 6 days to complete. Due to the use of heavy equipment, materials and debris, we will be closing the park and ask homeowners to alert their children that they are not to be in the immediate area.  If you have questions or concerns during the repair process, please contact Hammersmith Management at 303-980-0700.
